Douglass Emmett is a premier provider of Class-A office properties and luxury apartment communities in Southern California.
They are seeking to push their video marketing to the next level in 2015 and would really like to start adding the human element into their programming (ie - employee spotlights, tenant profiles, submarket profiles, etc.) to show off their space and the people who make it go.
They are looking for 2-3 production teams to create 60-90 second videos to market their spaces on an ongoing basis for $600/video. This $600 would include your pay and budget of the video.
