Faruq Oyekan is an aspiring screenwriter and an independent filmmaker located in San Diego, CA. He currently attends San Diego State University where he majors in film production. Faruq enjoys long walks on the beach, evenings at the local cinema, and producing films with local filmmakers in his spare time. His favorite films include Drive, Back to the Future, Citizen Dog, Pulp Fiction, KIDS, Fantastic Planet, and City of God.
