Less than a year removed from Darren Aronofsky’s take on Noah we have Ridley Scott bringing Moses to the big screen in Exodus: Gods and Kings. Christian Bale stars as Moses while Joel Edgerton plays Rhamses. A nice cast that includes Ben Kingsley, Sigourney Weaver, Aaron Paul, and John Turturro star in the film from Ridley Scott and Oscar winning writer Steve Zaillian. Exodus: Gods and Kings hits theaters December 12th but we have our first look below. Personally, I didn't like Noah but this movie has a few things going for it that Noah did not. 1. A Christmas release date, December 12th is not only an awards season release slot but a nice place to put a movie headlined by Ridley Scott and Christian Bale. It has a great cast and the trailer looks pretty good. I don't know if I am Excited for Exodus: Gods and Kings but I do think it has a lot going for it that will attract critics and audiences in December.
